1984年出生於日本長野縣，2004年畢業於女子美術短期大學部，翌年取得優秀作品獎。同年製作的銅版畫《四十九日》，其傑出的技巧與作風受到極高的評價，從此踏上藝術家之路。其早期的作品線條細膩，顏色非黑即白，多以生死為題材，風格較為陰暗。其後的紐約之行致使小松決志以筆繪畫獨一無二的作品，故銷毀了其成名作《四十九日》的原始銅板，迫使自己朝著下個階段前進，展開新的創作而不眷戀過往成績的方式。
2012 年於「北野美術館」舉辦個展，2013 年入選法國「PRIX CANSON 2013」藝術獎世界前 39 名藝術家，此時她重新審視神靈與人之間的關係，由生死轉向祈願，以鮮豔繽紛的用色描繪出守護獸的溫暖能量。2014年在「上田市立美術館」舉行個展之外，也將作品奉獻給出雲大社。2015年在倫敦的「切爾西花展」展出有田燒彩繪狛犬作品《天地的守護獸》，獲得了金賞殊榮，更被收藏在大英博物館，成為該館所典藏在世藝術家作品最年輕的一位。隔年其作品亦於紐約世貿大樓展出，她在2017年於東京花園露台紀尾井町舉辦的個展，觀展人數更高達三萬人。 -
