Launched in December 2017, Ether Rock was one of the first crypto collectible NFT-type projects on the Ethereum blockchain, having launched shortly after CryptoPunks. Only 100 rocks can ever be available.This game is built entirely on the Ethereum blockchain, with a decentralized smart contract used to manage everything including the buying and selling of rocks, their prices and owners 

These virtual rocks serve NO PURPOSE beyond being able to be bought and sold, and giving you a strong sense of pride in being an owner of 1 of the only 100 rocks in the game.

Ether Rock collector’s motive for spending a large sum of money to purchase it, which has no IRL(in real life) value, is to be in possession of the second-best historical Ethereum project left, after CryptoPunks.

Auction rules
This auction is taken as a silent auction. Please see below for the further process.

The time span of this auction, which will be divided into two parts, starts at 2pm on November 26th 2021 and ends at 2pm on December 6th 2021 (GMT+8).

First part: Nov 26th 2021 2pm (GMT+8) to Dec 5th 2021 2pm (GMT+8)
We will accept all the bids. You can either use Livebid or absentee bid. This silent auction will NOT release the highest bid in this part. If there are multiple bidders bid for the same price, the first successful bid gets the bid. If the Livebid has the same price with the absentee bid, Livebid comes first.

Second part:Dec 5th 2021 2pm (GMT+8) to Dec 6th 2021 2pm (GMT+8)
We will provide 24 hours for extended time for all the bidders who have already bid. In this part, we will send the highest bid for all the bidders through email. Please note the highest bid will not be announced until the auction ends, and the highest bidder will win the bid with the next bid increment than the second highest bidder.

ps. If there is a bid higher than the original highest bid within 10 minutes before the auction ends, the closing time will be extended for 5 more minutes, and so on.

Matters needing attention
1. The bid does NOT include the Buyer's premium. Ravenel will ask 18% of the hammer price for the Buyer's premium. In order to complete the delivery, the winner will need to pay for the full amount of the price realized (hammer price PLUS buyer’s premium).

2. All the lots are priced in U.S. dollars. However, please note that each lot accepts different currencies. Cryptocurrency only accepts Tether (USDT), and some of the lots only accept U.S. dollars (USD) or Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Please refer to the description before placing a bid.

3. Placing a bid means that you have read and agreed Ravenel’s bidding rules.
